Consultation Fees

Each doctor within the practice sets their own fees for private paying patients. Billing will depend upon the services provided during your consultation. An additional fee will be charged for accounts not settled on the day. Information on fees is available on request.

There is usually no out of pocket expense for Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders, Pension Concession Card holders, Health Care Card holders and children under 16 years of age. However, you must present your current concession card and Medicare card at the time of your appointment in order to be bulk billed.

WorkCover: If your consultation is work-related and you have a WorkCover claim number we may be able to lodge your claim on your behalf. Otherwise you may need to pay a consultation fee, which will be reimbursed by WorkCover if your claim is accepted. Accounts are payable on the day and are the responsibility of the patient.

Payment Methods

The practice accept payment by cash, cheque and Eftpos in the practice and Credit Card over the phone.

Please note that an account keeping fee of $20 will be added to all accounts not paid on the day.

Online Claiming

For your convenience, the practice has the facilities to lodge your Medicare claim online. Please note that this service is only available for accounts paid on the day.

Referred Services
